Durability, stability and performance for mountain trails - On Cloudrock
On Cloudrock is a lightweight, modern and highly functional outdoor shoe designed for hiking, fast hiking and more demanding trails. They combine the stability of ankle construction, high durability and On brand technologies to ensure a smooth and comfortable stride even in the roughest conditions.
The midsole uses CloudTec® elements combined with Helion™ superfoam to absorb shock, lighten impact and add energy on rebound. An integrated Speedboard® provides stability on uneven surfaces and promotes stride dynamics even at faster paces. The outsole with Missiongrip™ rubber offers maximum traction on rocks, mud, roots and wet mountain trails.
The upper made of durable, wind- and water-resistant technical mesh (waterproof membrane depending on the version) protects against the weather while providing the necessary breathability. The reinforced ankle section adds security and stability on longer hikes or in technical terrain.
The Cloudrock is ideal for hikers, outdoor enthusiasts and active users who want a lightweight but durable trail shoe for all-day adventures - from mountain hikes to quick treks around town.

Materials
Textile: is a lightweight material, which is offered in a very wide color scale and is mainly used for summer footwear.
Synthetics: The material of the upper includes a wide range of man-made fibres and laminates that are designed to overcome the limits of natural materials. The main advantages are low weight, high strength and fast drying ability. Modern synthetic materials are often developed with an emphasis on breathability and resistance to external influences such as moisture or mechanical damage. Thanks to their technological variability, they allow the production of specific textures and structures that provide the foot with the necessary support and flexibility while maintaining easy maintenance.
CloudTec®: Is a technology developed for running shoes that provides excellent cushioning and energy return. Thanks to a special midsole design with a "cloud" structure, shock is absorbed with every step while ensuring a fast response for a smooth run. Provides comfort and stability.
Missiongrip™: Specialized sole from On, designed in the Swiss Alps in collaboration with elite athletes. It is a rubber compound with a multi-directional tread pattern that provides excellent uphill and downhill traction and a sure step in all terrain and seasons.
