Returns are quick and easy

Not quite what you expected? If something doesn’t fit or you’ve changed your mind, no worries - you have 14 days to return your order for a refund. In order to continue to provide high-quality and easy returns, and to partially cover the costs associated with returns, we will deduct a small fee of 2 GBP from the refund. Exchanges are not possible. If you want a different size or product, simply place a new order. For UK customers, returns are free with DHL Economy. Your prepaid return label can be found in the shipping confirmation email. If you choose a different return process, the return will not be accepted.

Return Process

1. Place the original invoice and the completed return form in the box along with the unworn items.
2. Pack the shoebox inside a larger box or other protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Please avoid taping the shoebox directly, as this could damage the product and reduce its value.
3. Send the packed goods to our address. It is necessary to include the original invoice inside the package. Find your free return label in the Shipping confirmation email.
   Important notice

   • Please note: Our system displays US sizes, so the sizes shown on your order confirmation and invoice are in US sizing. Nike and Jordan Products: Due to Nike’s policy, we are unable to ship Nike and Jordan products outside the European Union, except for Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Customs and Import Duties: If your delivery country charges customs or import duties, you will be responsible for paying these fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide specific details. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
   • UK customers: A DHL return label is sent to you via email. In order to continue to provide high-quality and easy returns, and to partially cover the costs associated with returns, we will deduct a small fee of 2 GBP from the refund. Orders shipped with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
   • We suggest using a tracked and insured shipping service for your return. UK customers—please remember to place the invoice inside the package to avoid customs fees.
4. Refunds for cash payments will be processed within 14 days. If you paid by card or PayPal, your refund will be issued on the same day your return is processed at our warehouse.

Terms of Return

• The 14-day return period begins on the day you receive the goods. Let me know if you’d like to add specific return instructions or exceptions!
• The goods must be unworn and in a condition suitable for resale.
• Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
• The goods must not be damaged or devalued in any way.
